Medical Massage
Medical Massage is result oriented and the treatment is specifically directed
to resolve conditions that have been diagnosed and prescribed by a
Physician. The therapist may use a variety of modalities or procedures
during the treatment, but will focus the Medical Massage treatment only on
the areas of the body related to the diagnosis and prescription.

Critz Technique
The Critz Technique™ is not a chiropractic treatment or trigger point
therapy. This protocol is strictly soft tissue releases designed to restore
balance to the musculoskeletal system naturally. This technique utilizes
Classic Muscle Energy Technique, Positional Release Therapy, and Cross
Fiber Friction Massage. This non-abrasive approach to body work is gentle

Herbal Wrap
Medical Cupping
A Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principle that regulates the flow of Qi
and Blood in the body. It helps draw out and eliminate pathogenic factors
(wind, cold, damp, and heat). The effects of cupping can be categorized
into two areas: 1) general - purification of blood, improvement of circulatory
functions of blood and lymph, regulation and betterment of automatic
nervous system. 2) local - removal of pain and relaxation of stiff muscles.

Tibetan Tai Chi
Tai Chi and Qi Gong: free flowing Tibetan style of meditation in motion.
Basic concepts of Chi, Yin Yang, and Eastern philosophy are addressed.
Aspects of breathing, balance, the brain, body work, and beauty are
emphasized. The first eight weeks of classes address beginning Tai Chi
and the remainder blend intermediate Chi Gung such as push hands and
bagwa.

Neuro-Physio Balancing
Myofascial Release
A safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle
sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to
eliminate pain and restore motion. Treatment session is performed directly
on skin without oils, creams or machinery. This enables the therapist to
accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of
sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.
Aromatherapy
The practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems,
leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and
physical well-being.
